We added a new puppy, Casey, to our family. She sure loves the perfect backyard with lots of room to run. Thank you for sending us the postcards so we can stay in touch. Mr. David Andrews, Owner
Re/Max Real Estate Services Ltd.
Oakridge
Dear Mr. Andrews:
My husband, Alex Ratka, and I are in the process of completing some real estate transactions, under the able guidance of Rosemary Anderson. I thought the process of selling two properties and buying one would be a complicated one, but I had no idea how important the role of a competent, diligent realtor is to guide us through these dealings.
These days a realtor needs to be a lawyer, a psychologist and someone with math and business sense. Rosemary has all these traits and is a true professional. She is conscientious, intelligent, unflappable and has a good sense of humour! It was a pleasure to work with her.
We are especially appreciative of her fast moves in finding us a new place to live and in concluding that deal, despite another offer waiting in the wings.
I should also mention that the sale of our Oakridge apartment was completed while we were in Palm Springs. The Re/Max office there was very helpful in finalizing this contract.
Through you, we thank Rosemary for making this daunting process one that was less so - and one that had such a happy ending. |

Re/Max Real Estate Services
#410-650 W 41st Ave.
Vancouver, BC V5Z 2M9
Dear Mr. May,
Just a note to express my satisfaction with one of your agents, Rosemary Anderson.
Rosemary helped me purchase a home in East Vancouver in February, 2002, at the height of a real estate frenzy fuelled by low interest rates, high demand and short supply. Combined with front-page stories in the local daily newspapers chronicling the latest buyer bidding wars, the market atmosphere was overwhelming for me.
After a couple of disappointing months of searching on my own, it was a relief to have Rosemary doing the “dirty work” for me – making sure I had the freshest listings possible, and pre-screening the ones she determined weren’t right for me. (Her instincts in that regard were always correct!)
From her initial hour-and-a-half interview with me (a refreshing change from indifferent experiences I had with other companies’ agents) to her willingness to “talk me through” the tough times when I thought I’d never find a home, Rosemary’s obvious experience shone through.
She added a welcome human touch to the emotional process of home buying. And when I became involved in a bidding war of my own (yikes!) it was Rosemary’s tenacity that won me my home.
I just moved in at the end of May, and I am extremely happy. I would not hesitate to recommend Rosemary’s expertise to future homeowners.

Dear Rosemary:
Once again, I’m a very pleased client of yours. Back at the end of 2000, with your help, I purchased the property at 1659 Balsam St. in Vancouver, after a thorough review of the available options in the market at that time. In that occasion you did an excellent job.
Now, sitting on the other side of the negotiation table as a seller, I enjoyed again seeing you work. Your attention to details, and professionalism are outstanding.
Thanks once again for doing an excellent job!

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
I have found Rosemary Anderson to be efficient and enthusiastic in her chosen profession. She is extremely knowledgeable and works very hard to expedite the sale of a property as smoothly as possible.
As a client, I found Rosemary to be extremely positive, supportive, and loyal in manner which, in turn, promoted the sale of a difficult property for me much sooner than anticipated.
Rosemary is a Realtor of outstanding performance.

Moving to Vancouver was the best thing Pennie and I have done in quite a while. We love the city, we love our home, the neighbours are great, the view is better and the area is top notch. We have both taken up jogging along the seawall. Got a whole new lifestyle from Ottawa.
Thanks for all the effort you put into finding places and taking me around whenever I was in town. Coming from Ontario, we probably couldn’t have done it (or it wouldn’t have been such a nice experience) without you.
Thanks again Rosemary. |

I moved here recently, and because of my wonderful experience with this agent, I thought I would pass her name and number on to you.
Perhaps you have everything under control, but if you should be wanting a very caring, honest and knowledgeable person – Rosemary Anderson is that person. |

Rosemary Anderson, and to whom this may concern:
My name is Michael L. Stokel, I live in Vancouver BC, and for the last 5 years I was trying to sell my house.
I have entrusted 3 different real estate companies with that task, but to my disappointment, there were no results at all.
You see, my house was in Queensland, Australia.
I just happened to see Rosemary’s ad somewhere in a local newspaper, and out of desperation, I decided to give her a call.
3 months later my house was sold, and at a higher price than I expected.
Rosemary worked with a high degree of professionalism, in an efficient and friendly manner, keeping constantly in touch, giving me periodically her unsolicited reports to date.
In my opinion, Rosemary is one of a very few people in this world that is a pleasure to do business with.
Gratefully yours, |

Re: Rosemary Anderson: Sale of 4050 West 32nd Avenue
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
I am pleased to recommend Rosemary Anderson as an outstanding real estate professional.
My house had been on the market for four months with another realtor. Then Rosemary listed it and sold it overnight for $50,000 more than the previous best offer. She found an agent with a buyer in 24 hours. Clearly, Rosemary knew how to draw on her contacts to bring in the right buyer!
The next time I plan to sell in Vancouver, I will look to Rosemary for results. |

Re: Mrs. Rosemary Anderson
As we approach the closing date for the purchase of our new home in Burnaby, we felt that we must bring the efforts and hard work of Mrs. Rosemary Anderson to your attention.
When we first met Rosemary, she presented herself as a professional realtor. She made it clear that she was at our disposal at any time and would keep our interests foremost in her mind. Throughout the process of our purchase, Rosemary always exemplified these attributes. Her sense of humour, patience and persistence were outstanding.
We were not easy clients by any stretch of the imagination. As first time buyers, we were extremely apprehensive, somewhat indecisive, and had unrealistic expectations. Rosemary’s positive attitude, friendliness, and knowledge eased our minds considerably. Her confidence and professionalism made us feel, in these economically trying times, that we were enduring the process in a manner that was conducive to the purchase of a home.
She worked around the clock to find exactly what we wanted. Rosemary expressed her opinions not only as a realtor, but as a friend who always had our best interests at heart. Her ability to plug into the root of our concerns was exceptional. She was prompt, receptive, and extremely helpful.
If it were not for Rosemary, we feel that we would not have purchased the home that we have dreamed of owning.
Thank you Rosemary, and your support staff. When the time comes for us to enter the market again, we will look forward to calling up on your services. We appreciated your performance and will recommend you whenever the opportunity arises. |

We would like to acknowledge Rosemary Anderson’s performance in our recent home sale and purchase. We have had experiences with several different real estate agents in the last several years. Without question, Rosemary Anderson is the best we have encountered.
Rosemary was genuinely interested in finding out exactly what we wanted in a home. She demonstrated her understanding of our needs and lifestyle by showing us only the homes that met our strict requirements. We had never before experienced that kind of personal attention from a Realtor.
She is also very patient. Rosemary always gave us as much time and help as we wanted, and we were never rushed or pressured. Many Realtors nowadays seem more interested in making a quick sale than in helping people find a home they can truly be happy with. Rosemary’s style was a very refreshing change.
Rosemary proved herself to be honest and knowledgeable in looking out for our best interests, and skilful in negotiating situations.
We would be happy to recommend her to anyone else, and to use her services again in the future. |

Dear Rosemary,
A short note to tell you how much we appreciate all you’ve done in finding us a home to call our own. You’ve been all the things we hoped for, and more: patient, persistent, professional... and you’ve maintained hope when we feel blue.
We’re both glad we chose you as our realtor, and wanted to make sure you knew we felt that way.
This is a difficult market, and the only thing that makes being in it bearable is that we have absolute faith in you, your integrity, knowledge, and interpersonal skills.
So, you’ve got our vote of confidence and all our appreciation.
Thank you!! |

Attention: Harvey May, Sales Manager
Dear Sir:
Rosemary Anderson recently sold my Mother’s townhouse in Langara Estates and I would like to take this opportunity to give recognition for a job well done.
When my dear friend Betty-Lou Callahan became ill, Rosemary took over the listing. It had been on the market quite a while at that point, and was not the easiest piece of property to sell. Having been in the Real Estate business years ago, I know that Mom wasn’t always the most co-operative Vendor.
Rosemary was wonderful with my Mother… always patient, persistent, positive, and she never gave up hope. I will not hesitate to recommend her to my friends in the future. |

After seventeen years of selling real estate I must admit I quite often have feelings of disenchantment with the business as it is done today. So many of today’s realtors seem to believe that their responsibilities dictate that they must make it difficult to put a deal together.
Your approach was so refreshing to see. You looked after your seller’s interests and still never failed to give us superlative co-operation and help.
Thank you! |
